Hey, beauties, I found a makeup brand that resonates with me, it’s an Australian brand called Chi Chi Cosmetics that stole my heart. My first encounter with this Aussie gem was at Myer.
I was immediately drawn to the vibrant colors and, of course, the name Chi Chi. As a Nigerian, “Chi Chi” felt familiar it’s a cherished name among the Igbo people, symbolizing God (Chi). Naturally, I assumed it had Nigerian roots. A quick Google search, however, revealed its true origin: Australia.
Despite the surprise, I couldn’t help but fall in love with their creativity, diversity, and quality.

Chi Chi Cosmetics was founded in 1997 by two visionaries: George Lambropoulos, a pharmacist with a keen eye for beauty, and Frank Nassiokas, a creative force. Their inspiration?
