Best Compact powders
MAC MIneralise and Sephora Miceosmooth Powders

Hey Beauties, Welcome to April. The lockdown is beginning to take its toll on everyone. I hope you are safe, washing your hands/sanitizing, and practicing social distancing. Working from our various homes is now the new norm, thank God for the internet. Looking presentable is key that’s why I reviewed these powders that can give you a natural finish.

Back to the subject matter, Let me share more thoughts on the Compact powders that I have used and love. I would love to share why I love them with you.

First up on the list, is MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Face Powder. luxurious, slow-baked domed face powder with low-level pearlized pigments that provide a dimensional yet natural-satin finish needed for the touch as the makeup stays perfect all day.

Sephora Microsmooth Baked Foundation powder is the second best. It is an ultra-light foundation that blends effortlessly for a natural look and a Sunkissed finish.

The different types of Skin

The skin type plays a major role in determining the powder to buy. There are 3 types of skin.

Oily Skin: You have excess oil all over your face.

Combination Skin: You shine only on your T zone (forehead, nose, and chin)

Dry Skin: Your face doesn’t shine at all and you sometimes experience flakiness on your face.

Powder Coverage

The coverage they both give is medium to full. To achieve a perfect finish, use a bit of foundation and spray on a mattifying makeup spray. Your Makeup will stay put.

What does the powder look like?
