I had the privilege of participating in The Inside LVMH certificate program, which has been an enriching experience. Through a combination of articles, videos, and seminars, I’ve delved into the fascinating world of luxury, gaining a profound appreciation for the craftsmanship, heritage, and detailed strategies that lie at the heart of these esteemed brands.

Inside LVMH Certificate program was A 8-week program featuring inspiring talents, teams and leaders from LVMH, professionals from consulting firms (Bain & Company), as well as experienced professors from renowned international business schools and universities (HEC Paris, Università Bocconi, Harvard Business School, New York University, Sciences Po).

It was an opportunity to deep dive into the world of luxury, and learn more about the fundamentals of the LVMH ecosystem and luxury industry through 4 modules:

• LVMH & The Luxury Industry
• Luxury & Sustainability
• Creation & Branding
• Retail & Customer Experience

They are the parent company of brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Loewe, Bulgari, Tiffany’s, Sephora, Moët & Chandon to mention a few.

You could specialize in Retail and customer service OR Operations & Supply Chain.

The classes are online and you can take lectures at your own convenient time (at least one hour per class). You are required to pass the examination if you want the certificate ????

It’s free and provides opportunities for internship. 

It’s not limited to beauty industry, you can also apply if you are in the fashion industry or just want to broaden your knowledge. The previous batch was May, click Here to read up. I think the next batch should be September or October

How are things going for you? I was extremely happy when Sephora officially confirmed its arrival in the United Kingdom on October 17, 2022. (UK). Although the retail location will open in London in Spring 2023, you can only shop online or via their app for the time being.
I was so excited to shop with them, and this is my 1st purchase from the Sephora UK website. My first purchase was to replenish my Cerave skincare. It is extremely simple to navigate and purchase, and there is a wide variety of goods available at affordable pricing. Almost every one of your favourite bands are displayed. From makeup to skincare, fragrance, as well as accessories, and so on.

I had a great time shopping and am already planning my next purchase, particularly with Black Friday and Christmas approaching.

The past week was awesome; it provided me an opportunity to share my experience working with a beauty camera I use for my vlogs and makeup gigs. Ok so, I am using the phrase beauty camera because it serves just the purpose as it is stated – a camera for beauty, a makeup camera or a YouTube camera.

Yep, phones are great but not so great when you need them to extend and give you a certain kind of professional videos or images, therefore as a result, a vlogging camera escort istanbul ataşehir would do the trick. With my phone, I always had to fall back on beauty plus for instance to help me edit my pictures to exactly the way I wanted them but for video, there was no remedy, you are stuck with what you have.

My Beauty Camera Journey

For a beauty camera, my journey started with a Canon 60D, plain old trusted camera with the 50mm lens, couldn’t do video, I knew I needed a YouTube camera so I began my research and switched to my first ever mirrorless camera – The Canon M100. Of course, in no time I knew I had to step it up for a more serious beauty camera, but then came the M50, also cute and small but definitely with more advanced features. I stuck with the M50 for a while until the EOS M6MKII and MKIII came along from Canon.

So essentially for a vlogging camera, the EOS M6MKII and G7 X are the perfect babies. Let me quickly do a quick rundown of the features of the EOS M6MKII which certainly if you ask me is ideal for your YouTube camera.

With the M6MKII, I can effortlessly run live streams on youtube, it has made life made easy for me.

I really do not need to bother about too much weight because the Canon M6MKII is light and a total mood to move around with, no extra baggage. For instance, the MKIII is always in my pocket.

Most importantly, you can connect your smartphone wirelessly to these cameras instead of removing your memory card every time. It makes it easy for me to share pictures on social media platforms almost immediately.

USB CHARGING

The M6MKII allows you to charge on the go! For instance, if you are on the road, all you need is a USB cable that you can connect to charge.

BATTERY LIFE

Battery life is fantastic, the M6MKII runs several hours of video, therefore you have to worry about charging quickly.

It seems to be pamper season, I recently had a great time at Amore Glam Girls Spa , I had a “fantabulous” time letting loose, and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Lancome came through with a garden party that was out of this world literally . To say I had fun would be an understatement, I had mad fun!!!!  So here is how it went down …

Lancôme Paris treated its partners and influencers in Nigeria to a garden-themed Parisian brunch at The Tea Room, Lagos to give them a sneak peek of the La Vie Est Belle fragrance on the 22nd of March 2019.

Following the success of its My Shade My Power Campaign in Lagos, The French leader in cosmetics continues to forge meaningful relationships with leading ladies in Nigeria. In line with its declaring happiness theme for 2019, Lancôme gifted 70 game changers its La Vie Est Belle fragrance to put a smile on their faces for International Women’s Day.

Celebrating leaders, influencers, and those who support them, the event brought together a vibrant and enthusiastic group of ladies. Surrounded by hundreds of stunning roses and a breathtaking view, the crowd included Betty Irabor, Waje, PowedeAwujo, Michelle Dede, Folake Coker and others.

The Tea Room was transformed into a gorgeous garden overflowing with flowers. Brunch kicked off with a welcome address from Lancôme Product Manager – New Markets- Suzie Meyer which was followed by a quick masterclass by Head International Make Up Artist and Trainer- David CoransonBeaudu doing live demonstrations while guests were servedchampagne, exotic cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Guests were welcomed by Parisian Chic styled hostesses true to Lancôme standards.

In his masterclass, David demonstrated how to create a nude look as seen on Julia Roberts for the La vie Est Belle campaign. He also demonstrated how to use the complete TeinteIdole Life proof set (Prep&Matte, Blur&go, TeinteIdoleUltra Wear Foundation, Long Time No Shine, & finally, the Fix It Forget It Spray). David completed his masterclass by spritzing the La Vie Est Belle En Rose fragrance on his model.

The ladies were treated to a French inspired brunch, cocktails, and champagne while they networked and basked in the euphoria of flowers.Retail & Education Manager- HazemZahrouni then excited the ladies with “The Olfactive Game” where he challenged the ladies to recognize the scents of the various La Vie Est Belle fragrances, as well as guess the La Vie Est Belle En Rose scent. After the olfactive game, Hazem invited the ladies to design a bouquet of their choice, then color the bouquet with Pink Flower spray paint to explain to the audience the effect of the Peony which is the fragrances key ingredient. In line with the theme of the day, there was also a floral workshop by Florist- DenikeBalogun who showed the ladies how to put together a bouquet, elongate the life span of fresh flowers, and how to preserve their bouquets.

Suzie Meyer when speaking about the inspiration behind the garden event said “she wanted to create a space to exchange, meet and share happiness while creating extraordinary moments for the Nigerian women.” The CEO of Lancôme’s PR company in Nigeria Glam Brand Agency- Bola Balogun also stated “We are excited Lancôme is authentically focused on diversity and inclusion of the African women in their products and campaigns.”

I was at the MAC Cosmetics store Ikeja to shop and I did a Video of MAC Cosmetics Goodbye sales ,prices and picks and you wont believe how much I ended up spending *covering  face*.

The feeling I get whenever I go to MAC store is indescribable, lets just say I feel at home. The Items on sales were either collections that haven’t been sold out , products that are discontinued and some lip sticks /skin care .The items started from 50% and below.
