The critical climatic change around the world is becoming intense by the day, while some parts of Europe and America are complaining of the cold, Nigeria has a different story to tell, it has been scorching hot.
Inspite of this fact, I braved the sun today and finally summoned up enough courage to commute to TBS the venue of 2012 Lagos International Trade Fair. My main mission was to locate the CAC corporate affair commission to register my friend Cynthia business name, (it takes just a day to do that during trade fair instead of months; so we took advantage of that). A lot of exhibitors were present and of course I was more interested in the body cream, hair and makeup exhibitors, Sleek studio, Zaron, Kuddy cosmetics, Sacha cosmetics, Amigo, Yaki, Ladystar etc. all had products on display that were heavily discounted.
I wouldn’t have gone if not for my friend who needed to get her company name registered. It was extremely hot and the stands were not properly ventilated, a lot of people were shopping which caused intense heat. I wasn’t by any means tempted to seat and have my makeup done or e buy any products for the simple reason that I always take my time before buying. But aside all this I still managed to make the best of my going and got entertained by the dancers in some stands.
